From moment one when Ford revealed the new Mustang Mach-E, we knew it was going to be a hit. With the majority of reservations for 2021 already spoken for, Ford is taking a look at some of the trends that have emerged when it comes to 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E options.
What’s clear is that folks are interested in the Mach-E with all-wheel drive. According to the breakdown of nationwide reservations thus far, around 75 percent of all customers want a Mustang Mach-E with AWD. That goes along with the fact that 30 percent of all reservations so far are for the high-powered Mustang Mach-E GT, which Ford expects to deliver a mid-three-second 0-60 mph sprint when properly equipped. There’s a reason, after all, that this new electric SUV gets the famous pony emblem.
Ford also took a look at the most popular color options for the Mustang Mach-E, finding that Floridians tend to love Rapid Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, Star White Metallic Tri-Coat, and Iconic Silver. Of course, it’s hard to go wrong with Shadow Black or Grabber Blue Metallic, the latter of which is exclusive to the GT.
